Everything You Need to Know

A complete guide to how the platform works, from deploying your first investment to recovering your returns.

1. What Is This Platform?

This is a peer-to-peer (P2P) community finance platform. Members deploy money into the system and receive their capital back with a return, funded by the deployments of newer members — not by a central pool or investment fund.

It is transparent, community-driven, and operates on trust. Every transaction happens directly between members. The platform facilitates matching, tracks trust scores, and provides tools for dispute resolution.

This platform works because members are committed to paying on time. Failure to pay affects your Trust Score and can result in account suspension.

2. How the P2P Cycle Works

The cycle has five stages:

    Deploy

    You choose a plan and deploy an amount. Your money enters the queue waiting to be paired.

  2. 2

    Get Paired

    The system matches you with a member who is waiting to receive their return. You are assigned to pay them.

  3. 3

    Pay & Upload Proof

    You send the money directly to the receiver's bank account or USDT wallet and upload payment proof.

  4. 4

    Mature

    Once your payment is confirmed, your cycle starts maturing for the plan's duration.

  5. 5

    Recover

    After maturity, you enter the recovery queue. Future deployers will be matched to pay you your capital + return.

3. Plans & Returns

Each plan has a fixed return percentage and maturity duration. The longer you wait to recover, the higher your return.

Your return is calculated on your deployed amount. For example, deploying ₦100,000 at 20% return means you recover ₦120,000 total.

4. Deploying Your Money

To deploy, go to Plans, choose a plan, enter your amount, and confirm with your transaction PIN.

  • Naira (NGN): You must have a verified bank account before deploying. Add one under Bank in your menu.
  • You cannot deploy in a currency that has been disabled by the admin.
  • You cannot have two active investments in the same plan at the same time.

What happens after deploying?

Your investment status will show as Waiting to be Paired. The system (or admin) will match you with a receiver. Once matched, you have 24 hours to pay.

5. Pairing & Waiting

After deploying, you will be paired with one or more receivers. A receiver is a member whose investment has matured and is now owed their payout.

  • You may be split across multiple receivers if no single receiver matches your exact amount.
  • You have 24 hours to complete payment after being paired. Failure to pay within this window expires the pairing and negatively affects your Trust Score.
  • Pairing is done automatically by the system based on amount matching and trust score. Admin can also pair manually.
  • You will not be paired with someone you were just paired with in your last cycle.
  • You will not be paired with someone who shares your device (to prevent self-pairing).

6. Making & Confirming Payments

When paired, you will see the receiver's payment details on your pairing page. Send the exact amount and upload proof.

Naira (NGN) Payment

  • › Send to receiver's bank account number
  • › Take a screenshot of your transfer receipt
  • › Upload the screenshot as proof
  • › Receiver must confirm receipt within 24 hours

As a Receiver

When a sender uploads proof, you will be notified. Go to the pairing page, verify the payment was received in your account, then click Confirm Receipt. If you did not receive it, raise a dispute.

Never confirm a payment you did not receive. False confirmation is a violation and will result in suspension.

7. Maturing & Recovery

Once the receiver confirms your payment, your investment starts maturing. After the plan's duration passes, it moves to Ready to Recover.

  • In Ready to Recover, you are in the queue to receive payment from new deployers.
  • You will see a progress bar on your dashboard showing how much of your payout has been received.
  • You may be matched with multiple senders to cover your full payout amount.
  • Your investment is Completed once you have received your full capital + return.
  • Completing a cycle increases your streak count and may earn you badges and cashback bonuses.

8. Trust Score & Tiers

Your Trust Score is a number between 0 and 1000 that reflects your reliability on the platform. All new members start at 250.

Bronze 0 – 399 Basic access
Silver 400 – 599 Priority pairing consideration
Gold 600 – 799 Higher platform trust
Platinum 800 – 949 Elite status
Diamond 950 – 1000 Highest tier — full platform trust

How your score changes:

  • + Completing payment on time
  • + Reaching streak milestones
  • + Referral milestones
  • Payment deadline missed (pairing expired)
  • Dispute raised against you
  • Admin penalty

9. Streaks

A streak counts how many consecutive cycles you have completed without missing a payment. Streaks are rewarded with Trust Score boosts, cashback bonuses, and badges.

Missing a payment resets your streak to zero.

10. Cashback Wallet

Your Cashback Wallet accumulates bonuses from streak milestones, referral rewards, and special promotions. It is separate from your investment balance.

  • Minimum withdrawal is ₦10,000.
  • Withdrawals are processed manually by admin to your verified bank account.
  • Members with a 50-cycle streak earn a permanent extra cashback rate on every future cycle.

11. Badges

Badges are achievements earned by reaching milestones on the platform. Each badge comes with a shareable achievement card you can show to others.

12. Referrals

Share your referral link with friends. When they sign up and complete their first cycle, you earn a reward.

  • Each qualifying referral earns you ₦200 cashback + 30 Trust Score.
  • Reaching referral milestones (5, 15, 30, 50) earns you additional Trust Score, cashback, and a badge.
  • A referral only counts when the referred member completes their first full cycle.
  • Find your referral link on your dashboard.

13. Setting Up Your Payment Details

Before you can deploy, you must set up your payment details so receivers know where to send your payout.

Bank Account (NGN)

  • › Go to Bank in the navigation menu
  • › Enter your account number, bank name, and account name
  • › Admin will verify your account before you can deploy
  • › To change your bank account, submit a change request — admin must approve it

14. New Account & Probation

All new accounts start on probation with a Trust Score of 250 (Bronze tier). This is normal and does not restrict your ability to deploy.

  • Your score grows as you complete cycles, refer members, and reach milestones.
  • Accounts can be suspended for non-payment, fraud, or abuse. Suspended accounts cannot log in.
  • If you believe your account was suspended in error, contact support.

15. Disputes

If a sender claims to have paid but the receiver has not confirmed, or a receiver disputes the payment, either party can raise a dispute.

  • Go to the pairing page and click Raise Dispute. Provide a clear reason and any supporting evidence.
  • Admin will review the evidence from both parties and make a ruling.
  • Regardless of the outcome, both parties lose 50 Trust Score when a dispute is raised.
  • If ruled in favour of the sender: the payment is force-confirmed and their cycle matures.
  • If ruled in favour of the receiver: the sender's investment is suspended and the receiver is re-queued.
Raising false disputes is a serious violation and can lead to permanent suspension.

16. Account Security

  • Transaction PIN: Required to confirm every deployment. Keep it secret. Change it under Profile & Settings.
  • Password: Use a strong, unique password. Change it anytime under Profile & Settings.
  • Email verification: Verify your email to unlock full platform access.
  • Never share your PIN or password with anyone — including platform staff.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact support.

17. Support

If you have a question or issue that is not answered here, open a support ticket from your account.

  • Go to Support Tickets in your account menu after logging in.
  • Describe your issue clearly and include relevant details (pairing ID, investment ID, screenshots).
  • Admin will respond within your ticket thread.
